On May 16, AMRT 1.21 was released through the RMI website. Let's take a look at what AMRT is and what changes have been made compared to the previous version 1.20.
What is AMRT(Additional Minerals Reporting Template)?
AMRT began as the Pilot Reporting Template (PRT) in November 2022 and was renamed to AMRT in October 2024. Compared to other templates provided by RMI, it has the following characteristics:
Investigating minerals outside the scope of CMRT and EMRT
Defining the scope of target minerals by the requester or creator
Excluding a fixed-format Smelter Look-up list
Identifying eligible smelters that have not yet been confirmed
AMRT 1.21
Compared to the previous version 1.20, there are no major changes that would affect how the template is filled out, except for some updates to the descriptions in the “Minerals Scope” tab. RMI recommends using version 1.20 or later for additional minerals reporting.
